Assigned secured parking space, Complex boasts a, pool, rooftop sundeck and laundry facilities. Building is fairly quiet. Not a party pad. Located on Laurel Ave north of Sunset.

We are a gay couple and occupy the other bedroom. We are quiet, respectful and busy. We are not neat freaks or loud. We're just normal working people. We just expect common courtesy with keeping shared space neat. If you have any questions, please ask.

Some people are reluctant to trust living with a couple at first, but eventually they realize that, like most city people, we have habitual routines, and other life demands, that match once we/you get to know them. We’d had roommates who lived with us for many years. We’re quiet (but not overly oblique about it), respectful, and clean (not too obsessed, of course). Room for rent is not intended to be used as a business space. This is a condo (not an apartment) doesn't display that as an option.

Located close to grocery stores, bars, gyms, and areas that delve in creative outlets. Condo is furnished, but the bedroom for rent is not.
