Roommate Needed - Move-In

Description

Hi all, I am looking for a female roommate, preferably in their mid-late s to join me in a BT apartment at Gateway at Malden Center on November 7th. Rent for the whole apartment is $ (I’m still trying to negotiate with the leasing office to lower the price). I’m currently living in the smaller bedroom, so you’ll take the master one. Location is prime and very convenient, walkable to many groceries stores, restaurants; is right across from the Orange T line. Washer/dryer in unit. Garage parking for additional $/month. Utilities range from $/month (can be higher during winter).

A little about me: I am F working hybrid at MGH as a research assistant. I go to the hospital about times a week. I work business hours and I study at nights, so hoping to find someone that has similar lifestyle. I have a kitty cat named Sir Stubs-he is very sweet and friendly towards humans, not vocal so he won’t be loud. I like cooking/baking, running, working out, watching Netflix shows, and listening to music in my free time. I hope to be friendly with my roommate so that living together will be pleasant.

I’m looking for a roommate that is:
- [ ] A female, working professional or in school in their mid-late s
- [ ] Quiet, Respectful, communicative
- [ ] Responsible in bills on-time, transparent in splitting bills
- [ ] Not smoking/not partying
- [ ] No long-term overnight guests (occasionally is fine)
- [ ] Cleans after themselves immediately (no dishes in sink, no mess after eating, cooking…), keeps common areas clean and organized; willing to stick to a weekly cleaning schedule
- [ ] Does not have pets and must love cats (if you have cats pls also reach out to see if they can get along)
- [ ] No shoes inside household
