looking for new roommate

Hi! I am looking for a new roommate (female) to renew the lease with, have been living in the same flat in years and my current roommate is moving to Dallas. It is set to expire on December 1st. I work in Carrollton and prefer to remain here. Might be open to signing on someplace else as well. We keep regular hours at home, do not smoke, drink, do drugs, or have people over outside of a rare family visit. I prefer someone mature who matches our lifestyle.

Currently live in a condo off PGBT. It's bath. The total rent will be $ utilities usually run $. The bedroom has its own private door to the outside. You would also have your own bathroom. The general areas are already furnished. Attached are a photo of the exterior and of the room before we moved in. It is looking into the condo with the bathroom at the left.

Must be able to pass background check and we must be able to meet the income requirement together.
