) located on 2nd floor. The apartment is

We have two options available:

1. Share the bedroom with another person or
2. We can provide a divider in the living room to have your own space.

If you choose option #2, rent will be hundred dollars less than listed including all utilities(heat,water,hydro and wifi)

Ten mins walk to victoria park station and ttc bus stop to the station is located right below the apartment
