My roommate needs to move for work around mid/end of OCT so I have a sudden opening in a nice luxury apartment located in downtown San Jose. The place is a great find, definitely a hidden gem in SJ.
Rent includes internet, reserved covered parking spot, water/sewage utilities, and *estimated* electricity (goes up a bit in summer and down in winter)

-Room has its own bathroom/shower/bath; rooms are on separate sides of apartment (privacy)
-Full walk in closet + smaller regular sized closet; balcony in unit
-one of the better pool/jacuzzi/bbq setups I've seen in an apartment so far (see picture)
-gym in apt complex (open hrs)
-(1) reserved parking spot in secured/gated garage (included in rent)
-High speed internet (included in rent)
-Laundry in unit
-Secured mail room w/ cameras and locker system for packages/mail
-Convenience! (2 min drive to downtown SJ, 4 min drive to Airport, shopping center 4 min walk away)

MISC:
-My main things are pay rent on time and clean up after yourself; aside from that I am very laid back
