Hillcrest Stifft Station Sublet

Description

I have an affordable room in historic Stifft Station / Hillcrest area. This is a very flexible sublet situation available over the winter months from December - March. 

All utilities included, washer and dryer, internet, parking, lovely front and back porch. 

2 very laid back male room mates, both work away from home and mostly stick to themselves. I am a yo female and feel very comfortable here. I mostly have the house and kitchen to myself and the housemates are clean. shared full bathroom with one roomie. You'd be taking the room I leave while I travel over the winter. 

I can leave furniture if you need or if you'd rather bring your own I can clear the room, we can coordinate accordingly.
