You'll have the master-suite, (entire bottom floor), large bedroom, full bath, and study, all behind a door for privacy. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and deck access with a gas grill. Offstreet parking right next to our front door.

We’re a quiet household—my -year-old son, a piano major at Northwest School of the Arts, practices at home. Aside from hearing Chopin, Bach, etc, you’ll hardly notice him (same with the cat!).

Location is ideal—just 5 minutes from the Arboretum and I- minutes to Waverly and Ballantyne, and minutes to Southpark Mall and Uptown Charlotte.
