Looking for a female tenant to take over my lease for a flat rate of $/mo! You'll share the apartment with two very chill UW students, one of which you'll be sharing a bedroom with. A portion of the living room can be redesigned to become your cozy little office space, like what I have above! Unfortunately, the furniture pictured above will not be included, but there will be a twin size bed frame for your use when you arrive.
