looking to lease transfer ASAP at Apartments off Harvey Mitchell.

Apartment is a two story bath, 3 other girls living there. The apartment is on the second floor and has a balcony. there is plenty of parking space and covered parking available for a fee. The apartment came furnished and the bedroom has a full size bed and desk set. It’s a great space and I’m sad to be leaving it but I’m hoping to find someone who can call it home!

Rent is $ a month + utilities which is usually around $ . I’m looking to lease transfer, not sublet, so you would sign a contract with the complex. The lease is from now until mid august
