Room for rent in vintage Downtown Tacoma building. Just got keys to a b unit with over sqf. The one spare bedroom will be available for rent. Possibly will be furnished with queen bed, mattress, nightstand and book stands. Will know by October th if it will be furnished. Which includes utilities (water/gas/sewer/trash/internet/cable). Rooms size ’ with plenty of closet (walk-in). You’ll have access to the main bathroom. New carpets will be installed in the bedrooms. Rest of apartment has granite flooring, stainless steel appliance, air conditioning, new paint. Currently there is no reserved parking available, but when available, we are able to get on a first come basis.

Security deposit is $ (refundable if you stay the entire lease term) from you. Application with property management will be $, which you must pass to be on the lease.
About the roomies

I am a professional single male, in my mid-’s. I have a steady job, been in the same industry for years. I’m very chill, no parties at the apartment. I’ll visit local bars after work for drinks/dinner. Looking for like minded roommate.
