Roommate Needed in VA Beach

Hey everyone! Jack and I are moving out of our 2-bedroom apartment, and our roommate, Kyle, is looking for someone to move in and take our place. He’s open to a couple or even 2 individuals to share the apartment.

Details:

• 2-bedroom apartment with a closed-off den in the Malibu Palms complex.
• Primary suite with walk-in closet: $/month
• Second bedroom: $/month
• Den/bedroom: $/month
• All prices include utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric, internet).

About Kyle: He works from PM, keeps to himself, and enjoys video games, movies, and anime in his downtime. He cooks but cleans up after himself and keeps things tidy. The living areas are shared, and new furniture is welcome!

The location is fantastic—at Virginia Beach Blvd and Rosemont Road, next to BJ’s and Wing King, with easy access to the interstate. Amenities include:

• Private balcony, shared washer/dryer
• Community pool, gym, and business center
• Parking is included.

Move-in date is November , and potential tenants would need approval from the leasing office (Malibu Palms).
