Urgently looking for someone to sublease! This is an all-girls apartment near the Sam Houston University campus. There is a $ sub-leasing fee that I am more than willing to pay + $ off the first month's rent. Rent includes the base fee of $% of the utilities (as shared with roommates). Very student friendly with a shuttle to campus and designed for students. Has a private bathroom and a nice-sized closet as well as a shared kitchen and living space. Also has a small patio and is pet friendly!
