Female roommate wanted. Room for rent in a house in suburban neighborhood with yard. Washer and dryer, kitchen and refrigerator available.
I am a fairly intelligent, compassionate, kind, human being. Seeking same in a roommate. I am flexible. I am an introvert; I enjoy peace and quiet. Again, I would like the same in a roommate. I believe that with clear communication, boundaries and expectations sharing a living space with a stranger can work out just fine! PLEASE NOTE: the water often has a sulphury smell. I use it to wash dishes, do laundry and to bathe in but I drink from bottled water. You may want to do the same. There is a grocery store within a couple of miles where you can fill jugs for $ a gallon. The bathroom is very small. The kitchen and refrigerator are available for your use.
