Professional Needing Room

I am a professional clinical social worker needing a sunny and no carpet room in Spokane Valley or Kendall Yards area. Requiring a no drugs/ alcohol, overnight guests. roommate (s). Drama or party house will not work out as I prefer a quiet and private roommate situation with hopefully other professionals or retirees. No young students please. I set my own schedule and am frequently gone during the day weekdays. I am needing quick access to bus line and downtown. I have steady income and excellent rental references.
