Roomie wanted - urgent!

Hi I’m Rayvin! I am looking for a roommate to fill a bath apartment within my apartment complex in Woodland Hills. It’s not avail quite yet so I don’t have pictures but the floor plan is attached.

. The apartment is close to ft.², renovated interior, high ceilings, top floor, walk in closets, very spacious rooms and living areas! The apt goes for a month, split between …I put rent at because I’m estimating it to be that with all utilities and other apt fees (water, trash)
. I work from home and I have a small dog, I would prefer no pets, but I am open to it. I am clean, respectful, but also fun and social and would like to be friends with my roomie :) I like to spend my days at the beach, working out, playing volleyball, going out with friends or just having movie or game nights in.
