Looking for someone to take my room

Description

I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease in a Bath Apartment located at th Road South. Ideal move in November 1st but can be earlier. With all charges on the lease, expect to pay around $ a month with no car and $ with a car, maybe a little less with winter coming and not as much need for AC (more info about this breakdown in form below).
The apartment is a short distance away from Pentagon and Pentagon City Metros and has a free shuttle service each morning and evening to the Pentagon City metro. It also has an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, and outdoor sitting (more info about surrounding area in form below). Bonus grocery store and Starbucks across the street!
My roommate is awesome, he is and works 3 days from home and 2 in the office. He likes to play video games and cook and will happily cook for you! (I can confirm the cooking is great).
