I am a single professional looking for someone to rent a private downstairs area of two thousand square foot split level home in West Roseville. Includes bedroom with walk in closet, attached private bathroom plus full private use of large bonus room. Shared laundry is on same level with new W/D. Private patio off bonus room. Includes garage parking. Large galley kitchen is shared. Lower cost City of Roseville utilities plus high speed internet will be split. I work days outside of the home and have an active social life with church. I enjoy cooking and use the kitchen often, but it's large with plenty of storage including a walk in pantry. The home is a three bed/bath but would like to keep the 3rd bedroom/bathroom open for guests or possibly a shared storage or office space.
