One Large Bedroom with Shared Bath

We have a furnished large bedroom available in our single split-level house, and we prefer a single female student or professional only. The room is completely separate from the upper level, and it is a private space for tenant. You will have your own half bath (toilet and sink) include with your bedroom, and shower is available upstairs. We have separate entrance and drive way parking. A very big backyard for a relax time. An electric heater included in the room if you need during winter time. Kitchen usage will be shared with owner, and you will have your own refrigerator and microwave provided by the owner so that you can store food/frozen meals and warm it up in the microwave. You will also have a very spacious hallway, and you have access to the laundry right next to the bedroom, which is very convenient to do laundry, and laundry is also shared with owner. Our house is minutes drive to everything including 8 mins to UMBC college, mins to local groceries, mins to Asian H-Mart grocery, and we are very close to BWI airport. The rent fee will include utilities, and security deposit is one month rent.
