It's located in a garden community that is one block away from community park. It's only minutes from Downtown Fairfax and George Mason University. It is safe and away from a busy street. The neighborhood exits to and is not far from so it is easy to commute to many places. First bedroom is available to rent fully furnished. The bed converts to king but for space during the day is a twin, there is a dresser, a book shelf, closet, under storage bed and a small desk. Must like dogs and cats as I have two of each. We will share space like living room, kitchen, living room and balcony about sq ft. Only non-smokers. Only animal lovers. Only women. Community laundry is in basement.
