Private Bd/Ba Available Nov 1

Private bedroom and bath available in my apartment. It is just me , my 2 dogs and a cat! We live in such a safe complex that I love so much and want to be able to stay :) My husband has passed away , so we are currently renovating this bedroom for a new renter! There is a desk, closet, chair, dresser in there right now and I can get a bed/bed frame. My complex is very safe and centrally located to a lot of- grocery stores , free way, beach, airports, etc . I’d like someone who is quiet and loves animals and someone who is working. The place is fully furnished, I can get you a bed frame if you need!
