JANUARY-AUGUST SUBLET

Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublet my bedroom from January to August ! It’s a bedroom in a 4 bedroom basement suite (with very respectful upstairs neighbours), with amazing roommates. It’s located a 5 minute walk from UVic in a very nice student neighborhood! The price is /month + utilities (although $ will be taken off your bill January-may!) and wifi. The bedroom is spacious enough to comfortably fit all of your furniture (I have a queen size bed, desk, dresser, night stand and piano). We are three UVic students who like to have painting and games nights together and are looking for someone to join our place! I would also be willing to have someone move in end of December as I will be out by the rd (no additional charge for this month)! Can be furnished or unfurnished!
