Master Bedroom available to rent

Description

We're looking to sublet my room in our apartment located at West Elizabeth St. Rent is as listed and that includes water, trash, and sewage. Wi-Fi, renters insurance, and gas is extra. The move-in/security deposit would match your portion of the rent. I have to vacate the room before November 1st due to a family emergency. If you need to move in earlier than that, please let me know!

You would be moving in with two young men attending CSU. They are amazing people, very patient and kind! We typically just keep to ourselves and try to keep our messes away from the common spaces like the kitchen. They are very responsive and willing to help if you have any concerns!

This is the master bedroom. You get a larger room than the other two roommates, along with your own private bathroom. I was able to fit a queen-sized bed, a sizable desk, and store an excess of boxes and tools in the closet, and I still have more space. I have attached photos of both the room empty and as I have it currently.

This unit is on the ground floor, and you are less than seconds away from the nearest bus stop, and less than a 3 minute walk from a King Soopers grocery store. You'll save a lot of money living so close to the grocery store! There are also plenty of fast dining options nearby.

I will clean the bathroom and bedroom the best I can before you would move in! I work from home and can offer a brief tour of the living space and the master bedroom all throughout the week. Please reach out if you have any questions and concerns.
