$ is what I currently pay for renting a room. No mode of transportation, so Uber everywhere. Chores are a responsibility I take seriously. If you smoke, I don’t mind, but I don’t partake. No large assets on my person. I have a skateboard and a suitcase. Just looking for somewhere to stay for months ideally.
