Hey yall I will be moving out of my current apartment in December to pursue an internship out of state in January. I am looking for a girl to take over my place in a apartment (with your own private bathroom) at Thrive in Lubbock! I know my two roommates personally and they are the sweetest girls!

Rent is $/ month looking to take over Early Dec/Janth (Fully FURNISHED apt)

This apartment complex is located in a safe, calm and quiet neighborhood. Texas Tech campus is a minute drive. Walmart, Wingstop, Whataburger, McDonald’s, United Supermarket and more are all located less than 5 minutes away! Management has been super accommodating and always readily available to help for any case in the year and a half I’ve lived here!

One major plus is this apartment complex is it’s on the TTU bus route that takes you directly to and from campus from on weekdays pm!

Other various amenities like: in unit washer and dryer, hr maintenance, balcony with storage, gated complex, hr fitness center, 3 pools, cabanas, gas grills, hammocks, renovated clubhouse, tanning bed, hour private study rooms, basketball and volleyball courts, dog park, and pet friendly!

As I am moving I am also willing to give some items free of charge: fabric cubes storage bins (6), shoe rack, rice cooker, hand mixer, cooking equipment, hangers, left over decor (Ivy leaves, led strip), etc.
