We’re on the lookout for a friendly new roommate/s to join us in our bthrm Parkside Apartment! We have a single bedroom available for $ or it can also be a double bedroom for $ (plus utilities).

There’s plenty of street parking, and the E, Q, F, and P bus stops are right in front of our building, making it super convenient for commuting!

The September rent and deposit are already covered! 🎉
