House share with 2 individuals. Looking for another individual to move in and replace me.

Looking for individual to move as soon as possible with time for me to move my things out.

Apartment is in prime location with a less than a minute walk to kingston uni. Between surbiton and kingston high-street with only minute walk to each. minute walk to kingston station and surbiton station.

Furnished apartment with fridge, washing machine, oven, stove, microwave, one bathroom and shower.

Room for per month, includes bed, wardrobe and drawers in room. Need to move in date by end of September or beginning of October.

Room will look as it does in video.

Room doesn’t include accessories on the walls, table and chair as well as desk lamps (will consider selling them for fair prices.)
