Master bedroom at luxury apartments

Hey! I’m Alyssa Mae, and my boyfriend is Danny, we are looking for a roommate(s)! We have two boy cats (if you do have other cats, only male cats please). You will not have to pay rent until the day of move in which will be the 1st of October (this is a 1 year lease).

We already live at the complex but we're changing apartments to a two bedroom :P This is a luxury apartment (Santa Clara Square). We are already approved for the upgrade to a two bedroom apartment, so you don't have to worry about credit if that is a problem.

We are building 7, which is the newest building with the newest appliances. You will have the master bedroom. You have your own bathroom and walk in closet. Living room and kitchen is fully furnished and free for anyone to use. You can have your own parking spot but you'd have to pay for it.

You will have access to all community amenities from all buildings, pools, gyms, the garage (work from home offices), bike shop, and a 2 minute walk for Santa Clara square outlet (grocery store, chipotle, Starbucks, boba).

Overnight guest are fine it's your room. But no parties, but small get togethers are fine. We will rarely have guest over though. Danny is always cleaning so we like a clean area but we are super chill. We play video games until like 2amish (we don't mind if you're making noise until around 2am. We won’t be able to hear you because of our headphones but we personally won’t be loud.) and then we wake up around 9am. (Ps I was in culinary so I'm cooking all the time and I offer yummy food lol :3)

We need to meet you to see if it's a good fit. If you're looking as a couple please no drama nor screaming, we live a very peaceful life and that will be a deal breaker. If you want to view the apartment we can schedule a time when we're all free and show you around the complex. (We have more photos of the apartment if needed.)
