Subletter needed for spring

Description

Hi! I'm looking for a UVM student to sublet my room for the spring semester.

Details:
- Apartment close to UVM campus (on S Williams St, one block west of Waterman)
- 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Subletter will have their own bedroom
- Rent is 1 thousand dollars per month. Rent includes all utilities except Wi-Fi and electricity (extra $)
- Bedroom is furnished with a bed, dresser, closet, bedside table, desk, and chair. There's a balcony off the bedroom
- Laundry in the apartment complex
- 1 parking spot to share with roommates, or park on the street
- Roommates are super friendly, clean, and quiet!
