apartment share. Assigned off street parking, gated community, elevators onsite, plenty of laundry rooms, a small gym, and a big pool. I'm a professional that works from home 2 days a week. I'm looking for a professional roommate that works day shift outside of the home or a student that goes to school during the day. No remote working. The room will have a TV with Netflix. I have a cat but not accepting anymore animals. I rarely ever have company but your guests are welcome. I keep the place clean & have air purifiers so the air is clean too. (Litter box is in my bathroom) Very quiet here and real quiet time starts at ten pm. You'd get half of the hallway closet & plenty of personal kitchen space. You'd also be welcome to use any of the kitchen cookware. I cook a lot of meals and always share with the tenant. Room available Nov 1st. Rent always due on the 1st, no exceptions. Utilities are $sixty per month
