Midtown Sublet October

Description

I'll be traveling, so this fully-furnished room in Midtown is available for a sublet either October first to October thirty-first or October fifteenth to November fifteenth for fifteen-hundred. I have two great roommates, and a shared kitchen and bathroom. Our apartment is in Herald Towers, a Luxury Building in the central location of Herald Square. In the building, we have a lounge, terrace, rooftop, and gym, all of which you'll have access to with my resident. There's a concierge, a package room, and laundry in the building.

I'm traveling light, so I'll still have most of my things here, but I'll pay my portion of the electric and internet bills, so all you'll have to do is pay the short-term sublet rate via Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp.
