Currently looking for a roommate to move in ASAP!! UTILITIES INCLUDED!!! THIS IS A BEDROOM FOR RENT IN THE HOUSE!! ROOMMATE IN NEED!!!
Ive lived on and worked on Pensacola Beach as a server and karaoke host since and love this island, just need a roomie to help pay the bills! The women that live here are late s and middle aged. Your roommate upstairs are a realtor and her small dog. We are both single, we are fairly quiet, cool, chill, active, healthy, adventurous, funny, friendly women who all cook and share meals and chat and go to church together and dinners and what not. friendly. We're like a little family. It's perfect if you also work on the beach for the traffic leave and coming to the beach during peak season has made it hard for previous roommates to get to work off island, so please keep that in mind.
You will share the kitchen, balcony and living room. There is a washer and dryer IN THE HOUSE!! There is a POOL and DOCK we share with the complex!! I will give you a key to the door and mailbox! Any questions please contact me :) (FEMALE HIGHLY PREFERRED. PETS MIGHT BE APPROVED)
