I signed a lease at the Hub (a modern, fully furnished apartment right on south campus across from Terrapin Row and the Spot Mini — this is within a 5 minute walk to multiple bus stops to north campus and is very safe as you can see a lot of students walking even later at night) for a B apartment: this includes a private bedroom with attached bathroom (and a window in the bedroom), a large common area with a bay window, as well as a kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher) and in-unit laundry: the rent per month is $ for a suitable sublease/transfer and the lease is from August - July . There is also a beautiful rooftop pool, multiple study lounges, a spacious 8th floor lounge, and a well-equipped gym and there is parking at Mowatt Lane Garage (3 mins walk)
