This is a bath apartment in Navarre that will also be shared with me(1 female) ____ also I listed that rent is it is about that including utilities ‼️


Looking for a FEMALE roommate.
- there will be a background check through the apartment leasing office and officially added to the lease through July
-you have to make at least 3 times the rent monthly(including my income which goes through the leasing office)
-rent is including utilities
-Amenities include a fitness center, washer and dryer inside apartment,2 pools, and a park
-it is all tile no carpet
-have to be hygienic and self aware of my space seeing that the apartment is fully funished
-there’s not really any curfew rules I just ask that you do not give anybody else a key and that they respect my space
-I do have 2 dogs currently so no more pets are allowed in the unit
