Looking for a roomie close to NoHo!

Currently in Florida and just came from visiting LA for the 2nd time and finally decided I’m ready to move there! I’m comfortable with living up to an hour away depending on forms of transportation available to LA, since I don’t drive. I’m looking for someone comfortable with my singing and crafty noises since there are a few creative passions I’m pursuing and will be working a lot on inside, but I am very respectful about noise, and have no problems having mature conversations about preferences and/or conflicts if they come up. It’s always all love and respect, I’m not the type to be petty or hold grudges because I don’t like drama. I’m very interested in spirituality and philosophy, healthy living and sustainability (in moderation), friendly and willing to keep it outside if preferred. Looking forward to connecting :)
