About the Room & Amenities:

Private Room: Bright and airy, equipped with a queen bed, dresser, side table, WALK-IN closet (desk and a TV can be provided if required).

Apartment Details: The 3-bedroom apartment is bathed in natural light with an open kitchen.

Charges: All charges included in the rent price, that covers utilities including electricity, water, fiber internet, and access to our extensive amenities.

Amenities: The apartment complex boasts a clubhouse with state-of-the-art equipped gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, children’s water park, barbecues, two tennis courts, pool tables, and reservable private areas for parties.

Location: Perfect for FIU students! The highway proximity means you’re just minutes away by car. For your daily needs and a bit of retail therapy, we’re surrounded by shopping centers, with a Publix and Aldi within walking distance. Within our residence, there's a nature reserve exclusive to pedestrians, cyclists, and roller skaters, which provides a path to various shops. Additionally, we're just 5 minutes away from a lake where canoeing and kayaking are available.
