Description

This is a luxury apartment complex that is pet-friendly (2 pets maximum), with full-size appliances included, and a great list of amenities. There is plush carpet in the bedrooms and luxury vinyl planking throughout the rest of the home. We have high-speed fiber internet access, so this is a great place to be if you work from home or if you like to stream or game. This complex is centrally located between Sacramento and Folsom, so a commute works out great as well. Here in Gold River, we are close to many nearby nature walking trails. The apartment complex has a gym, a pool, a luxury lounge, and a parcel room to receive packages securely. The community is gated, and these gates are closed after business hours. I am open to 1 roommate or a couple that wants to share the second bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is furnished. Yours can be emptied out if you prefer. The living room is empty other than some boxes and moving bags. The kitchen is stocked up with supplies to cook and prepare meals. The bedroom you would be renting has the current tenant's belongings in the images attached. It will be emptied out before you start renting here. In order to meet the income requirements to move in and join my lease, you should be making at least $3k in gross monthly income. This unit is next to the dog park in our community, so if you have a dog, this unit will be extremely convenient for you. I have had a bunny and cat companion before, so I have more hands-on experience with those animals. Pet rent applies. You would be welcome to park your vehicle in any uncovered parking spot in our lot. We would need to register your vehicle with the leasing office (free!) so you can receive a parking permit to display on your windshield. We have EV chargers available throughout the parking lot. We also have many bike parking stations throughout the community. I pay all of the utilities and purchase supplies for the home. Message me if you'd like more details or a virtual tour!
