Rent includes ALL BILLS PAID
- all utilities and 1GB Fiber Internet.
- bi-weekly housekeeping service of common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms
- commonly used household items: hand soap, dish soap, aluminum foil, zip loc bags, Clorox wipes, paper towels, toilet paper

Rental application ($) with background & credit check required. Lease options are months.

The roommates are coed and young professionals. There are 5 bedrooms and all rooms will be occupied. The home is extremely quiet and 2 common areas. Due to allergies, no pets please. You’ll have access to all common areas including the pool and hot tub. The home is stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils and tupperware.

The home is located in Carrollton in a well established and quiet neighborhood. It’s a few minutes walk to a park and a minute drive to downtown, Shops on Legacy, Addison, The Frisco Star and DFW & Love Field Airports. There are also 2 nearby Starbucks and several restaurants/shopping centers.
