Description

Looking for a female roommate to share a bath apartment with. The apartment is located in South Anchorage close to Dimond Mall, the Boardwalk, and has easy access to the Seward Highway. Rent is $/mth with a security deposit of $. There is also an online application to complete.

The room is unfurnished and the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared. The bathroom has a double vanity, washer/dryer/dishwasher are included. All utilities are included except for electricity and WiFi which would be split. During the summer the front lawn is kept mowed and neat and in the winter the driveway area is plowed. Assigned parking is available. The apartment includes a balcony and a fireplace. No pets and no smoking.

I’m a young professional in my mid s. I currently work long hours but that is likely to change over the winter. I enjoy time to relax and be at home after work and on weekends so peace and quiet are important to me.
