room for rent off Carmel mountain road , years old, and have a little girl I have shared custody so I want someone whose good around kids. I’also have a well behaved doggy who’s three so please be a dog person if you’re interested cause I occasionally travel and will need a dog sitter to come by and take her out. I’m only interested in rooming with a female who works full time, or goes to school full time, I don’t party, drink or smoke. I have a normal sleep schedule need a peaceful kinda vibe during the week. Cause I work full time and start pretty early, so I’m hoping for a Roomate on a similar schedule. This would be for rent for $ we would be sharing the bathroom and kitchen and living space. You get your own room there’s lots of street parking close by the place. Month to month but I would like a deposit of the $ just in case. I would need to verify credit is above . Non smoking community. Minimal visitors, no sleepovers or couples.
