Clean and quiet. Easy to get along with. I keep the house really clean. I do most of the primary housework and cleaning. But of course expect you to clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom. I hope that would be a given. lol! But I’m extremely easy to deal with. I’m not looking for anyone to be my best friend. But I’m very honest and easy to communicate with. I was a bartender for years so I’ve definitely heard it all. I just hope that people are honest with me. This is never a simple matter for people to rent or to rent to others, because we all go in blind. But truly if you can be forthcoming, pay your rent, be a decent human I will be the easiest person you have rented from!! Oh and there’s no one running in or out either. It’s relatively quiet.
