area and a big patio! Currently I have the master bedroom but I am open to switching rooms upon discussion.
The complex has a gym, two pools, tennis courts, bike/paddleboard rentals, a clubhouse, dog-friendly grass area. Its located on PCH, great location, walkable to balboa island/marina, quick drive to the beaches. My apartment is on the ground floor tucked in and shaded so it stays cool in summers.
