Hello, I am currently looking to relocate to New Orleans. I lived there several years ago and fell in love with the city. I have on a fixed disability income and would like to find a place that would allow me to rebuild my savings. I had a stroke a few years ago and the hospital stay emptied my savings. I do have one cat, as well and I am a non-smoker. I apologize for over sharing, but I wanted to give you a picture of my situation.
