Hello, I am renting the upstairs portion of my apartment in Roselle Park. Close proximity to public transit, gyms, shopping, police station, parks, entertainment, and many colleges (NJIT, Rutgers, Kean, UCNJ). Rent is $ + split electric and gas (wifi included). I am looking to rent to another female student as I would like to be friends as well as roommates!
