Need to move in a roommate to help with the crazy rising cost of living and unexpected expenses.
Rent includes utilities and the AC works great.

House has a pool and internet.
Room is single occupancy only.
Guests with permission only.

Must have proven steady income.

Prefer someone familiar with living with roommates. I.e. Clean your dishes after using them, don’t eat other people’s food etc., don’t be loud at crazy hours. Seems basic but someone reading this might not know.
