Furnished Bedroom w/ Shared Bath

Description

Furnished private room for rent in a bath house with pool. Rent is $ which includes all utilities. No couples, pets or children.

I do have a year old German Shepherd. More details in the rules

House rules are below, let me know if you have any questions or concerns:
-I do travel and when I'm away I would have you watch my dog, Einstein. Food morning and night, add supplements to the food, and keep the water bowl full. That simple 🙂
- Einstein thinks he is the protector of the house so I do have to introduce new people to him in a specific way aka if you are to have anyone come over I HAVE to be home. My house is more a chill relax on your own vibe vs having people come over to hangout. If you want someone to come over, again I HAVE to be home, they also have to be out by pm so we can all shutdown for the night. When I am traveling, NO ONE can come over. I just have to make him know he's #1 person in the house.
-lock doors when coming and going
-dishes in dishwasher in hours
-looking for a nonsmoker no drugs or smoking or vapes. Alcohol is fine
-feel free to open windows when AC or heat is not on. Close them before leaving the house.
-have wifi but no cable - TV in the main room has multiple apps on it and available.
-Parking is on the street
