Room available immediately

Description

I have a room available. Guest bathroom will be all yours as the other room houses my dog. She is sweet but she is big (she’s a 2yr Rottie). There is a gate in front of her door so she doesn’t roam if I’m not home. You have full access to the rest of the house. Washer and dryer available, if you need a bed I do have a queen size one available you’ll just have to put it together. Rent included internet, salt treatment, and electric. I’m off of sunshine so I’m close to everything. There’s 3 gas stations near the home, Publix, Walmart, Aldi’s all less than min away. I’m ok with 1 other pet. No roaming the home if you’re not home to keep an eye on them. Looking for someone quiet, and CLEAN, I don’t do parties nor do I drink. Ok if you have guest over but they need to respect my home as well, ok if you have a sleepovers but not every night or every other night. Last roommate traumatized me so I’m looking for someone sane who just wants somewhere quiet to stay and is respectful and responsible! So I will be doing a full background check!
