Description

I’m renting my cute studio in Bankers Hill. It is in a prime location with variety of restaurants to chose from. Walking distance to Balboa Park, close to freeways and more. The place is fully furnished and it has all amenities ( e.g., easer and dryer, fridge, microwave, tv, bed, table etc). It has a balcony with view of the ocean. I’m looking for a clean, organized and reliable person to take over my lease on ~ October 1st. More pictures upon request.
