Offering rooms for rent in a quite townhouse community. 2 car garage with visitor parking. The room comes with a bathroom across the hall with a functional shower and sink. I have a extra twin size memory foam mattress up for use if needed. Looking for short term roommates but open to extend if we can get along and do our part together with no problem. friendly just clean up after yourself and be aware of outside neighbors and people that might be against it.
