Need roommate for January move-in

About the space: a large (unfurnished) master suite with an enclosed private bathroom and giant walk-in closet in the downstairs portion of a big house in suburban neighborhood. Roommate would also get a private office upstairs or it could be a kid’s room if that fits your situation. Roommate would also have a spot for their car in the shared two car garage. House is 3k
square feet with solar panels and a huge backyard. Community includes access to two pools and other in-community amenities. About me: I’m a full time teacher and adjunct instructor for a college. I have a toddler
who lives with me in the upstairs portion of the house. His dad is moving out which is why the space is for rent (I don’t want to move again but can’t afford it on my own). We also have a sweet cat named Henry who hangs mostly upstairs or on the enclosed porch in the back of the house.
