October Roomate wanted- Medfield MA

ROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE END OF OCTOBER.
Room available in Medfield MA at the Pleasant St condos. Very reasonable price for the area and this close to Boston. Men only please, preferably in thier s. The living room and kitchen are spacious and fully furnished, and we share a bathroom. (All the stuff in the bedroom pics will be gone when my roommate moves out.) I own all the kitchen stuff and furniture and tv but you’re welcome to use them of course. There is a building shared laundry unit in the basement (and I know how to get it for free.) The building has a pool! Your room has a closet. We have A/C but not in your room so you’d have to get a window unit if you want. Our landlord is a nice lady with a young family and this is her only unit she owns. She expects you to fill out an online application, do a basic background check, and sign a lease agreement. Due when you move in will be first month last month and a $ security deposit. Our landlady keeps our security deposits in a local bank in medfield.
UTILITIES-
We pay for electric and internet. Both the bills are in my name so I just pay them then you can Venmo me your half. Internet is $ per person and electric is usually $ per person in the summer.
CHORES/ RULES-
Cleaning-I’m not strict or a clean freak. We usually clean every weekend and one person vacuums the shared areas and does the kitchen counters and the other person does the bathroom and the shower. I clean other stuff randomly as needed like mopping and the fridge or whatever. For the dishwasher, one person loads and one person unloads and we run it everyday. You can pick which you wanna do.
Drugs- No smoking inside and no drugs stronger than alcohol and marijuanna.
Pets- No pets. Forbidden by our landlord sorry.
Guests- Have guests over whenever as long as they’re not loud past pm. Girlfriends can sleep over whenever mine does usually on weekends.
